Our essays are focused on analysis of different fields such as legislation, court case, and behavioral psychology. We each researched the viability and implications of certain practices in each field. In terms of legislation, the research into House Bill 859 looks into how the topics of legislation are changing into a world that now has to deal with the reality of school shootings. With our analysis anyone will now be able to understand the implications. Court cases such as Riley v. California focus on how our Court system has to change the way we interpret previous laws to protect the privacy of our society. The analysis of experiments allows rapidly growing scientific fields, such as behavioral psychology, to build on the works of others and avoid previous mistakes that could lead to the invalidation of a study.Each of these fields are developing as the world continues to change and it’s important to question the evolution of these changes.
