About

Meet Jack Little

Jack Little is an aspiring journalist from Danville, Kentucky.

During Jack’s freshman year of high school, he helped start the Boyle County Sports Network (BCSN), a free sports broadcasting service covering athletics at his high school. He has done play-by-play coverage for a variety of sports.

Through BCSN, Jack discovered his passion for sports media. He began writing for his high school’s athletic blog, as well as the Danville Advocate-Messenger, the local newspaper in his hometown. He wrote mostly sports stories but also covered some personal interest matters relating to his high school.

While at the University of Georgia, Jack has worked for Georgia Gwinnett College as a play-by-play broadcaster for their soccer, softball and baseball teams. This semester, he began taking journalism and sports media classes. He is currently enrolled in Intro to Sports Media and Reporting I, where he works on the city-county government beat.

This summer, Jack will be a media intern for Mansfield Town Football Club in England.

Jack’s love for sports and storytelling inspires him to want to work in sports media in the future.
