Featured in the Oglethorpe Echo<\/a>, I wrote this piece in collaboration with another reporter — Navya Shukla. It was expected to be a only semester-long project, but the story kept developing beyond then. Navya and I interviewed countless sources and restructured this piece over and over again to be sure our reporting was thorough, honest and equitable.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This piece was for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s annual Everyday Heroes<\/em> segment<\/a>. I was determined to find someone in the UGA-Athens community who was truly doing good for good reason. Aliyah Williams is a great example of that.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
