Get paid!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Best Stories of Summer 2016<\/p>\n<p>Did you have a fantastic summer internship at a news organization?<br \/>\nDid you report, write, shoot, or produce a story you are proud to share? <\/p>\n<p>Grady Journalism will recognize the top three stories reported<br \/>\nduring a summer 2016 internship by a Journalism or DBJ major.  Each<br \/>\nwinner will receive $250, as well as bragging rights!<\/p>\n<p>What kinds of stories are we looking for?<\/p>\n<p>Features<br \/>\nEnterprise reporting<br \/>\nSports writing<br \/>\nPersonality profiles<br \/>\nBreaking news<br \/>\nRadio news and features<br \/>\nTelevision features<br \/>\nTelevision news<br \/>\nNarrative multimedia features<br \/>\nMultimedia news<br \/>\nMultimedia enterprise reporting<br \/>\nNews and Feature photojournalism<br \/>\nPhotojournalism picture stories\/series<\/p>\n<p>Your entry should be YOUR work and should not have undergone substantial revisions by your supervisor. This is a competition for individual, not team projects, from internships in summer 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Please submit the links, files or print versions of your best published or broadcast stories to Ms. Sophie Barnes, #233 Journalism Building, sophieb@uga.edu. Don\u2019t forget to include your contact information.<\/p>\n<p>DEADLINE: September 15. You must still be enrolled as a Grady DBJ or JOUR major to be eligible, and the work must have been produced during an internship, not for student media.
