As a Landscape Architecture student at the University of Georgia, I have pursued a multidisciplinary education that goes beyond the boundaries of traditional design. In addition to my core coursework, I completed a minor in general business and a certificate in sustainability, which have broadened my perspectives and equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the intricate relationships between design, business, and the environment.
Through my academic and pre-professional experiences, I have developed a passion for creating innovative and sustainable designs that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of spaces while also promoting social responsibility and environmental stewardship. I believe that good design should not only meet the needs of clients and users but also contribute to the greater good by addressing the pressing issues of our time.
My ultimate goal as a Landscape Architecture student is to use my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on the world, one landscape at a time. Whether it is designing public parks, community gardens, or sustainable urban spaces, I am committed to creating spaces that are not only beautiful but also functional, efficient, and sustainable, while meeting the needs of diverse communities. I am excited to continue my journey in the field of Landscape Architecture and sustainability to make meaningful contributions to the field and society.
