Austin Jones is a senior at the University of Georgia who is graduating this May of 2016. His major is Linguistics with a minor in English. He has an Associates of Arts in Foreign Language (Spanish) from Middle Georgia State College, and from there transferred to UGA for a more scientific study of language. He is planning to study for a Masters in Linguistics and English Language, teaching next academic year at the University of Leeds in Leeds, United Kingdom. In this collection, Austin has written about the field of Second Language Acquisition and how the research affects what we do in the classroom when teaching a language.
