Design Elements:
Many design choices the Critical Studies in Education journal made were guided by the strengths and weaknesses of WordPress. Choices such as a journal format and thematic choices were all made through what we found WordPress to do well. Our goal was to be as intuitive and informative as possible.
As for our image use and article citations, you can find article references embedded within the works themselves and our image credits listed below. We decided not to limit to one specific citation style because we felt each article should best represent the norms and practices of the field it represents. For the current works one will find a mix of MLA and APA citations.
